Taxes and Customs
  • US, EU & UK Customers: Please note that import duties & taxes are not included and may be charged by customs upon delivery (typically 5–20%, depending on the product).
  • All orders shipping to other destinations might be subject to local taxes and duties at receipt. Each country has different parameters for customs fees (inbound duties and/or Tax/VAT) and you may be charged by your local customs office.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure that your address and contact information are completed correctly when ordering online. We do not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect. A new delivery will not be dispatched until the original order is delivered back to Senteurs d'Orient.

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information, the customer will be credited the amount of the product but not the shipping fees if any.


Failed Delivery

We regret that dispatch errors such as missing, faulty or damaged items may occur from time to time. These must be reported within 10 days to be accepted for return. Beyond 10 days we are unable to accept returns. Replacements will be delivered to you and the damaged or incorrect product will be required to be returned.

Product Return

For hygiene reason, we do not accept product return nor refund. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@senteursdorient.com.


Sales Purchase

Goods purchased as sales items or special purchases may be exchanged or refunded with a store credit only if they are returned in their original condition during the same sale period with proof of purchase.


Special Orders

Specially ordered products can not be returned.
